Our company is looking for a Technical Writer User Assistance Developer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide estimates, key deliverables, and milestones within a given release;
  • Own the content lifecycle for one or more product areas, including quality assurance measures for your deliverables;
  • Deliver user assistance assets that enable users to deploy, administer, and use SAP software;
  • Develop a deep understanding of the software and target audience, and use appropriate language style and tone;
  • Work in close cooperation with development, product management, customer support, UX design, and other SAP teams to produce high-quality deliverables.

  • Experience writing task-oriented content;
  • Ability to manage priorities, and a proactive approach to resolving problems and delivering results;
  • Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders within SAP;
  • Flair for learning technology topics;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • History of working in cross-cultural, global teams;
  • Experience creating e-learning solutions is a plus.
