- Organize and write supporting documents for products;
- Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines in the content to increase web traffic;
- Product Management team in an agile methodology;
- Translate theoretical and technical concepts into practical narratives and activities;

- Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability;
- Writing content related to software infrastructure, architecture and development;
- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the services and the documentation requirements;
- Write technical article which we can post on high profile sites.
Requirements:
- Portfolio of published articles;
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail;
- At least 1 year prior experience in technical writing of software documentation;
- Excellent writing capabilities;
- Proven working experience in technical writing of technology and software documentation;
- Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new idea;
- Experience in using tools like Adobe Dreamweaver;
- Creative and analytical bent of mind to transform any information into compelling story;
- Minimum 2-4 year of exp in content writing;
- Basic knowledge of marketing technology;
- Ability to structure complex information into digestible chunks and then express it clearly;
- Bachelor degree in any stream preferred;
- Strong English writing skills – grammar, style, clarity and consistency;
- Experience doing research using multiple sources;
- Quickly learn and understand complex topics.
