Process Developer – Order Management Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Process Developer – Order Management to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with Vendors for timely delivery of material;
- Responsible for developing Process Flow, SOPs and documentation;
- This role requires frequent interaction with client through telephonic and email communication;
- Close co-ordination with logistics/cross functional teams to resolve any issues;
- Sales Order, Purchase Order creation in SAP;
- Correcting any errors which are received due to incorrect entry of orders by Supplier/Customer and ensuring they are in system for further processing;
- Sound knowledge of Manufacturing Processes (Procurement, Logistics, SCM etc.);
- Support the Project coordinator for operational perfection and exceeding important metric targets;
- Email Management;
- Follow and maintain knowledge of applicable rules, legislation, regulations, standards and standard methodologies;
- Analytical and Problem solving skills.
