Our company is looking for a Intern – Customer Success (Operations) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and deliver reusable reports in data analytics tools such as Microsoft PowerBI;
- Learn configurations of various tools used to complete job function and perform admin functions;
- Learn and configure no-code tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Power Automate, etc;
- Find improvement opportunities in processes;
- Report status effectively, keep all stakeholders updated;
- Be flexible to learn and try;
- Ability to code in .NET or JAVA is an added advantage;
- Successfully execute assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- 60% in Graduation, HSC and SSC;
- Batcher’s Degree in business management or Batcher’s Degree in Engineering;
- MBA or master’s degree preferred.
