Our company is looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Giving proper information to the customer;
 - Politeness,Patience,Hardworking and Good Attitude;
 - Explaining the process of services;
 - Daily submission of reports;
 - And updating details at webportal;
 - Maintaining records of all conversations in our database;
 - Take and process orders in an accurate manner;
 - Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales;
 - Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales;
 - Enter and update customer information in the database;
 - Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed;
 - Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts;
 - Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information;
 - Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation;
 - Answer questions about products or the company.
 
Requirements:
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection;
 - Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role;
 - Excellent knowledge of English;
 - Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems;
 - Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects;
 - Industry;
 - Generate leads and handle prospecting (i.e., Cold Calling/Outreach, Emails, WhatsApp, Social Media Networking, Events, etc.);
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
 - Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints;
 - Basic Computer Knowledge (Internet, Social Networking Sites/Facebook/twitter/linkedin/Whatsapp, MS Word, MS Excel);
 - Regular follow up until maturity, consistent in performance and achieving targets;
 - Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone;
 - Good communication Skill English and Hindi;
 - Education / Teaching / Training.
