Our company is looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other members of the Business Operations team to drive key operational initiatives;
  • Assess and ensure high data quality across our business applications;
  • Evaluate, purchase, launch and administer third-party tools to optimize internal processes.

Requirements:

  • Train and manage contractors;
  • Financial or statistical modeling skills using spreadsheets and/or planning tools;
  • Attention to detail and a track-record of setting and beating aggressive deadlines;
  • Experience working with startups and/or SaaS companies with an understanding of relevant operational metrics is preferable;
  • 5+ years of analytics and or financial analysis experience at a banking, consulting, or rapidly growing technology company;
  • Familiarity using at least a few common cloud-based software tools like Netsuite, Salesforce, Zendesk, Lever and others;
  • Ability to effectively communicate with Senior management.
