Business Operations Analyst Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other members of the Business Operations team to drive key operational initiatives;
- Assess and ensure high data quality across our business applications;
- Evaluate, purchase, launch and administer third-party tools to optimize internal processes.
Requirements:
- Train and manage contractors;
- Financial or statistical modeling skills using spreadsheets and/or planning tools;
- Attention to detail and a track-record of setting and beating aggressive deadlines;
- Experience working with startups and/or SaaS companies with an understanding of relevant operational metrics is preferable;
- 5+ years of analytics and or financial analysis experience at a banking, consulting, or rapidly growing technology company;
- Familiarity using at least a few common cloud-based software tools like Netsuite, Salesforce, Zendesk, Lever and others;
- Ability to effectively communicate with Senior management.
