Our company is looking for a Team Leader Technical Support to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with CHAI policies and applicable Indian laws;
  • Lead recruitment of talent, identify staff learning needs and provide technical assistance, guidance, and mentoring to project team;
  • Provide technical and strategic leadership, administrative and managerial oversight, and, effective monitoring throughout project implementation;
  • Develop and monitor work plans, budgets, and finances in accordance with grant objectives and CHAI policies and procedures;
  • Liaise with CHAI Global teams and partners for adoption of product and process innovation, management approaches and best practices;
  • Identify skill gaps, and develop and implement plan for capacity and skill enhancement for TSU and NVBDCP staff under guidance of the Director;
  • Align functioning of TSU with NVBDCP vision and develop workplans and priorities for achieving desired outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Ability to think strategically, handle ambiguity, and problem solve in a fast-paced, limited-structure, multicultural environment;
  • Demonstrated ability to support and drive change in large program settings, and experience in concept note/proposal development;
  • Master’s degree or higher qualification in a related field such as public health, public policy, management or development;
  • Strong written and oral communication skills including development of analyses/presentations for varied project audience/stakeholders;
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set, including ability to work independently, self-motivated, and propose and implement new initiatives;
  • Experience in leading teams in similar assignments i.e. providing high end technical support in public health directly to department will be a plus.
