Our company is looking for a Sr. Business Development Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and close deals in a timely manner keeping quarterly targets in mind;
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline;
  • Build excellent relationships with the partner community (IBM BPM, Bizagi BPM) to identify opportunities and expand the pipeline;
  • Meet or exceed thresholds pertinent to success as defined by sales goals & objectives;
  • Articulate and effectively communicate Nividous’ value proposition to prospect leadership, including C – level IT leadership;
  • Use consultative skills and technical knowledge to develop and maximize sales opportunities;
  • Generate and execute sales campaign ideas and maximize sales funnel;
  • Be responsible for the preparation of customer proposals in collaboration with internal teams.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of prior sales experience in the software services industry;
  • Bachelor’s Degree (at minimum);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding presentation and organizational skills;
  • Ability to overcome hurdles to advance the sales cycle for timely closure;
  • Proficiency in using mainstream applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM solutions such as salesforce.com;
  • Excellent time management skills;
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quota on a quarterly basis.
