Sr. Business Development Executive Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Sr. Business Development Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and close deals in a timely manner keeping quarterly targets in mind;
- Build and manage the sales pipeline;
- Build excellent relationships with the partner community (IBM BPM, Bizagi BPM) to identify opportunities and expand the pipeline;
- Meet or exceed thresholds pertinent to success as defined by sales goals & objectives;
- Articulate and effectively communicate Nividous’ value proposition to prospect leadership, including C – level IT leadership;
- Use consultative skills and technical knowledge to develop and maximize sales opportunities;
- Generate and execute sales campaign ideas and maximize sales funnel;
- Be responsible for the preparation of customer proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of prior sales experience in the software services industry;
- Bachelor’s Degree (at minimum);
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding presentation and organizational skills;
- Ability to overcome hurdles to advance the sales cycle for timely closure;
- Proficiency in using mainstream applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM solutions such as salesforce.com;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quota on a quarterly basis.
