Senior Account Executive Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Work on Service Tax, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, GST and LBT related matters;
- Make entries of day to day expenses and payment in Tally software;
- Co-ordination with other departments and employees with respect to the queries, etc;
- Maintain Minutes of Meeting/proper records of accounts documents, etc;
- Visiting Government offices for document submission;
- Maintain Fixed Asset Register, capitalization, etc;
- Handle bank reconciliations, releasing of vendor payments and related matters;
- Handle salary and related matters of employees;
- Handle any project management financial issues raised by Project Managers as business partner and resolution of the same;
- Drive process improvements, and other initiatives to improve business performance;
- Preparation of monthly forecast file and M review deck, tracking revenue forecast;
- Analyze the Forecast data along with Project Managers and Financial Controller. Upload /amend forecast data in Management reporting tool.
Requirements:

- Ability to exercise judgment within procedures and practices to determine appropriate action;

- Exceptional command over English language (both verbal and written communication);
- Accounting / Finance;
- Excellent Excel Skills required;
- Knowledge or prior experience in ERP systems (Oracle) would be an advantage;
- Multi Tasking; Ability to prioritize, attention to detail and meet deadlines;
- Good communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills ;
- Sound Finance & Accounting Knowledge;
