Our company is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Industry;
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports;
  • Recruitment / Staffing;
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material;
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness;
  • Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and proposeimprovements;
  • Advertising / PR / MR / Event Management;
  • Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction;
  • Supporting the sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business;
  • Providing pricing and contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals;
  • Escalating customer feedback as required;
  • Organising data and generating deep customer insights in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness;
  • Ensure adherence to laws and policies;
  • Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery;
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.

  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving;
  • Good computer skills (MS Office);
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Min 2 yrs as a sales coordinator;
  • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
  • BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field;
  • A team player with high level of dedication;
  • certification in sales or marketing will bean asset;
