Our company is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Industry;
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports;
- Recruitment / Staffing;
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material;
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness;
- Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and proposeimprovements;
- Advertising / PR / MR / Event Management;
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction;
- Supporting the sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business;
- Providing pricing and contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals;
- Escalating customer feedback as required;
- Organising data and generating deep customer insights in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness;
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies;
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery;
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
Requirements:

- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving;
- Good computer skills (MS Office);
- Proficiency in English;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Min 2 yrs as a sales coordinator;
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
- BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field;
- A team player with high level of dedication;
- certification in sales or marketing will bean asset;
