Responsibilities:

  • Create synergies between processes to establish optimal operations teams and deliver better Capacity utilization model;
  • Team development and motivation through strong engagement models, effective employee communication and administering reward & recognition;
  • Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage strategic fleet partnerships and driver development;
  • Drive KRIs (Control metrics) to effectively manage risk & foster a robust control environment;
