  • Coordinating among stakeholders, understand, evaluate and prioritize use cases and size the opportunity, its impact and the ROI;
  • Analyzing architecture and relationships between systems and system flows;
  • Periodically performing critical path dependency analysis and taking appropriate action to ensure delivery;
  • Implementing non-functional requirements (e.g., performance, scalability, reliability, extensibility);
  • End-to-end project delivery – tactical or strategic – coming through any stakeholder;
  • Analyzing process gaps and leverage tools & technology to increase speed & execution with out of the box thinking;
  • Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in leadership, technology, sales, marketing and product teams;
  • Identifying measurable and experience opportunities;
  • Evaluating solutions alignment and end-user experience;
  • Focusing on talent transformation and evolve with changing needs of business and industry trends.
