Our company is looking for a MetroLeads: Business Development Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Running the commercial relationships with key partners in the region;
  • Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan;
  • Identify and implement new business opportunities with existing partnerships;
  • Provision and train new customers;
  • Do market research; scan for opportunities for Lead/Customer Management Software;
  • Meeting CXOs level executives across multiple industries and discuss business opportunities;
  • Responsible for the revenue target for region;
  • Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption;
  • Develop a lead-generation strategy that will include lead-generation & pipeline creation strategy and ownership of a territory;
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts;
  • Develop the commercial relationships, while understanding the technical complexities of our Lead/Customer Management Software products;
  • Develop new business opportunities, prospect for Lead/Customer Management Software, and holding prospect till closure into an account;
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline;
  • Manage contract negotiations;
  • Accelerate customer adoption.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated business acumen and experience working with senior level executives;
  • Experience with top global software companies and complex partner environments (preferable);
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets;
  • BA/BS/MBA or relevant work experience;
  • Experience and knowledge in the customer management software market, competitor landscape and technologies;
  • Ability and flexibility for travel as needed;
  • Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical.
