Our company is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Create automated nurturing and scoring programs to support the marketing organization;
  • Provide insight and best practice guidance to both sales and marketing teams to optimize campaign performance;
  • Contribute to requirements capture for, and delivery, of the automation roadmap;
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness metrics related to tactics and programs managed within the MAP;
  • Support development, testing and maintenance of the Eloqua platform and the data/workflow integration with Salesforce;
  • Create emails, landing pages, forms and reports within Eloqua, including templates for use by others within the marketing function;
  • Document MAP processes, programs and procedures;
  • Gather and disseminate internal and external best practice.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Experience with a workflow tool, like Kapost is a plus;
  • Knowledge of best practice in automation, lead processing and database management;
  • Experience with Marketo or any other Marketing Automation Tool is a plus;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Excellent level in English, written and spoken;
  • Close attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication and writing skills;
  • 1+ years experience developing and optimizing landing pages for email;
  • Basic HTML knowledge;
  • Basic understanding of web analytics;
  • Excellent project management skills, including organizing, prioritizing and tracking all phases of a project;
  • 1+ years marketing experience in a for-profit organization;
  • Experience with web content management systems;
  • Ability to balance a wide variety of projects and campaigns with varying deadlines.
