Marketing Automation Specialist Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Create automated nurturing and scoring programs to support the marketing organization;
- Provide insight and best practice guidance to both sales and marketing teams to optimize campaign performance;
- Contribute to requirements capture for, and delivery, of the automation roadmap;
- Monitor and report on effectiveness metrics related to tactics and programs managed within the MAP;
- Support development, testing and maintenance of the Eloqua platform and the data/workflow integration with Salesforce;
- Create emails, landing pages, forms and reports within Eloqua, including templates for use by others within the marketing function;
- Document MAP processes, programs and procedures;
- Gather and disseminate internal and external best practice.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Experience with a workflow tool, like Kapost is a plus;
- Knowledge of best practice in automation, lead processing and database management;
- Experience with Marketo or any other Marketing Automation Tool is a plus;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Excellent level in English, written and spoken;
- Close attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and writing skills;
- 1+ years experience developing and optimizing landing pages for email;
- Basic HTML knowledge;
- Basic understanding of web analytics;
- Excellent project management skills, including organizing, prioritizing and tracking all phases of a project;
- 1+ years marketing experience in a for-profit organization;
- Experience with web content management systems;
- Ability to balance a wide variety of projects and campaigns with varying deadlines.
