Our company is looking for a Manager – Strategy & BizOps to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Strategize lead generation and marketing plans;
- Create and manage an effective performance management process inside Synaptic;
- Manage key communication to key stakeholders – board of directors and investors;
- Help the CEO build a world class people organization;
- Support the CEO as he sets up a sales presence in the US;
- Lead strategic projects to develop longer-term growth plans and operationalize select growth initiatives;
- Collaborate with the team and leverage data to inform, develop, and iterate on business and product strategy;
- Help think of growth areas for a world class research product being used by top VCs/Hedge Funds/SWF.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate, present and debate recommendations with all levels of management;
- 2 years experience or more;
- Generalist with preferred background in management consulting, investment banking, similar role in a startup;
- Ability to drive complex projects and develop processes with minimal guidance and oversight;
- Ability to develop strong point of view on strategic priorities based on internal and external data;
- Proactive and passionate self-starter with bias towards action and constant prioritization;
- Strong cross-functional experience with team-first attitude;
- Strong analytical chops and ability to problem-solve and understand key drivers of the business.
