Our company is looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop account in line with the corporate targets and meet the growth and profitability objectives;
  • Manage Momentum Through the Sales Cycle;
  • Conducting extensive Market Research on all potential clients;
  • Articulate and Deliver Value Proposition;
  • CRM (Customer Relationship Management) utilization;
  • Continually review Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and assist with managing reports and client drive IT solutions (such as EDI requirements);
  • Focal point for escalations and problem solving;
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships;
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships;
  • Engaging in project management duties;
  • Ensure clear, concise, and accurate communication of product information to customers;
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the assigned clients;
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Tripoto in front of clients and market leaders;
  • Listen to the voice of the client and provide inputs to improve existing product and create new offerings to various teams when needed;
  • Demonstrate account management skills – customers satisfaction and retention in relation with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Ability to conduct research studies, analyse data, and develop strategies;
  • Leadership: Drive business via proactive communication on opportunities within accounts and;
  • Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Director.Follow up with the Clients on regular basis;
  • Follow up with the clients on the progress of the submittals made. ;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical contacts;
  • Strategic planning & execution;
  • d) Achieve operation excellence – SOP compliance, Lean, process enhancement to attain DIFOT (Deliver In Full, On-Time);
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level;
  • Identify new business opportunities and Post sales activities;
  • Make timely submissions and provide all the information to the client which is required for making an end client submission;
  • Decision-making capabilities;
  • Generating requirements from new clients and existing clients;
  • Organizational skills (prioritize, plan, assign and control).
