Our company is looking for a Jr. Client Servicing to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Researching on the brand to get information on brand essence, competition, past consumer connects programs etc;
  • Co-ordinate with production team to ensure effective execution of the event;
  • Ensure seamless client interfacing and project management, with a focus on timely completion of interim and major deadlines;
  • Prepare various reports related to event files;
  • Working on multiple projects;
  • Supporting in Plan & Execution of the project as per standards of service in the Organization;
  • Meeting up with existing clients to get a brief on their brand presence & need for consumer connect;
  • Support in project management, with a focus on timely completion of interim and major deadlines of events and activations;
  • Support in Pre & Post event invoicing and keeping records of imprest of the team;
  • Allocate briefs to team members (if any), Lead & guide the team for effective planning & execution, brand understanding & ideation;
  • Assisting in presentation of the idea to the client so as to communicate the idea in an effective manner;
  • Hands on Presentation;
  • Interact and lead production team to ensure effective execution of the event.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, multitasking skills and problem solving ability;
  • Experience – servicing clients, running operations, some design sense and street smartness;
  • Decent and pleasing personality;
  • Hands on experience in planning and managing conferences and events;
  • Ability to lead n develop internal teams;
  • Excellent interpersonal skill & ability to handle high pressure situations;
  • Has had exposure to Corporate Events (at least on National level).
