Jr. Client Servicing Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Jr. Client Servicing to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Researching on the brand to get information on brand essence, competition, past consumer connects programs etc;
- Co-ordinate with production team to ensure effective execution of the event;
- Ensure seamless client interfacing and project management, with a focus on timely completion of interim and major deadlines;
- Prepare various reports related to event files;
- Working on multiple projects;
- Supporting in Plan & Execution of the project as per standards of service in the Organization;
- Meeting up with existing clients to get a brief on their brand presence & need for consumer connect;
- Support in project management, with a focus on timely completion of interim and major deadlines of events and activations;
- Support in Pre & Post event invoicing and keeping records of imprest of the team;
- Allocate briefs to team members (if any), Lead & guide the team for effective planning & execution, brand understanding & ideation;
- Assisting in presentation of the idea to the client so as to communicate the idea in an effective manner;
- Hands on Presentation;
- Interact and lead production team to ensure effective execution of the event.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, multitasking skills and problem solving ability;
- Experience – servicing clients, running operations, some design sense and street smartness;
- Decent and pleasing personality;
- Hands on experience in planning and managing conferences and events;
- Ability to lead n develop internal teams;
- Excellent interpersonal skill & ability to handle high pressure situations;
- Has had exposure to Corporate Events (at least on National level).
