Responsibilities:

  • End to end responsibility of the delivery and ensure great customer experience;
  • Ownership of revenue realization @ healthy business margins. Own the PnL of your portfolio;
  • Fosters a culture of continuous improvement and instills the principles of this culture in the team;
  • Grow customer account and gather referencability;
  • Work with support teams to manage operational issues such as fulfillment, client relationships;
  • Demonstrate value through strong problem solving/analytical skills;
  • Proactive Risk and Escalation management skills to manage cross-functional/multi-disciplinary teams;
  • Consult client to overcome project execution challenges;
  • Align actions to practice and implement Company Vision, Mission, Strategy and Objectives.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in writing product requirements, user stories & specifications;
  • 9+ years of IT experience of which 4+ years in Product Management;
  • Excellent Communication skills;
  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Computer Sciences or a related field;
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically;
  • Hands-on experience in product management using Scrum and Agile practices;
  • Solid understanding of the full product development lifecycle, from conception to launch;
  • Team player, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams in a highly iterative, rapidly evolving agile environment;
  • You are a confident and clear communicator – You defend ideas with objectivity;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and passionate for a start-up culture – Positive attitude and desire to learn new technologies;
  • Exceptionally self-motivated and directed – Have high energy to lead and drive business;
  • Ability to navigate uncertainties in a high-velocity start-up;
  • Educational Qualification : Engineer by Degree;
  • Experience in meeting Business Plan targets, Manage budget for the projects in terms of revenue and profitability;
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to build a collaborative approach, both within the company and customer organization for timely execution.
