Email Marketing Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Email Marketing Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and evaluate marketing strategies, based on knowledge of market characteristics;
- Maintain the repository for marketing assets and sales tools;
- Develop and evolve segmentation strategies that deliver truly personalized marketing programs and enable exception customer experience;
- Lead the development and execution of email marketing campaigns with a focus on business impact;
- Cross Functional Interaction: Liaise with internal and external support teams (design, IT, vendors like PR, creative etc.);
- Develop email content from scratch and execute using email marketing tools;
- Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, LTV and retention.
Requirements:
- Understanding of marketing techniques online and offline;
- 2-4 years of experience into email and digital marketing, preferably with a tech company;
- Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language;
- Strong Business Acumen;
- Experience with designing & running digital campaigns;
- Must Have: Graduate across any discipline, Post graduate preferred from a Tier-1 B School;
- Ability to multi-task, research and analyze;
- Creative flair and enthusiasm for new ideas and concepts;
- Very strong communication skills;
- Knowledge / Work experience in tech industry. Previous experience around product marketing / sales must.
