Director, Consolidation Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Director, Consolidation to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provision of Monthly MIS report;
- Periodic balance sheet & P&L expense reconciliation;
- Finalization of financial statements;
- Handling quarterly and statutory audits as per companies Act and assisting in tax audits;
- Communicating with various stakeholders during month and annual close for collecting various information required for preparing financial statement;
- Preparation and Provision of Adhoc reports;
- Preparation of Financial statement along with cash flows under Ind AS quarterly and annually;
- Monthly Balance sheet and P&L expense variance analysis;
- Month End GL Closing.
Requirements:
- Having experience in getting audit done from Big 4;
- Chartered Accountant with 12+ years of experience;
- Preparation of Financial Statement as per IND AS and IFRS;
- Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements;
- Candidates from E commerce and retail background preferred.
