Responsibilities:
- Initiating and maintaining timely follow-ups with new clients;
- Developing prospective client contact database;
- Communicating and liaising with different teams on their events;
- Onsite event work including the time required for travel and preparation, as well as performance of pre and post event activities;
- Order follow up, inquiry handling, service support, cross-selling, invoicing, etc.
Requirements:
- Well organized with an ability to prioritize;
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and result-oriented;
- Good written and oral communication skills;
- Ability to display initiative and work with minimal supervision;
- Strong selling and presentation skills;
