Client Success Intern Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Client Success Intern to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- You will coordinate between internal teams to get the work done for the sales team;
- You will take care of operational activities such as completing vendor registrations, getting the contract signed internally, billing;
- Be an innovative thinker and come up with new ideas for creating segments;
- Setting up advertising campaigns;
- Your core responsibility is to understand the client needs, goals, and requirements;
- You should get thorough knowledge of advertising and data ecosystem;
- Respond to client briefs within the defined TAT.
Requirements:
- Good with English communication along with email writing etiquettes;
- You are a big fan of high-speed execution and understand that getting your hands dirty is the absolute minimum;
- Based on extreme ambition and drive, it is a no-brainer for you to act pro-actively and independently in an organized and meticulous fashion;
- Any graduate (BMS, BMM Preferred);
- You are able to very quickly adapt to changing circumstances;
- Prior experience in digital advertising is a plus.
