Our company is looking for a Client Reporting Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on data testing ofvarious items for new and current GCCP projects. Also, assist project managerswith issues pertaining to items tested;
  • Ensure Team Lead/Manager is made aware of any item which is deemed to be aware of;
  • Assist local officeswith systems’ testing (i.e. DeskNet regression testing) or heavy productionperiods;
  • Strictly adhere topolicies & procedures while producing reports and due diligence incompleting with highest standards and accuracy;
  • To be able to work underdirect supervision and assist in transitioning of work from local offices;
  • Support in handlingclient queries appropriately and in a timely manner, besides handling basicqueries;
  • Assist in preparing andmaintaining accurate and complete process documentation.

Requirements:

  • Able to workindependently and drive initiatives individually whenever required;
  • Effective Team Player;
  • Attention for detail,extremely accurate and well organized;
  • Basic knowledge of MSSuite, especially MS Excel;
  • Good interpersonalskills;
  • Flexibility,adaptability and coordination/ Collaboration.
