Client Reporting Administrator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Client Reporting Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Work on data testing ofvarious items for new and current GCCP projects. Also, assist project managerswith issues pertaining to items tested;
- Ensure Team Lead/Manager is made aware of any item which is deemed to be aware of;
- Assist local officeswith systems’ testing (i.e. DeskNet regression testing) or heavy productionperiods;
- Strictly adhere topolicies & procedures while producing reports and due diligence incompleting with highest standards and accuracy;
- To be able to work underdirect supervision and assist in transitioning of work from local offices;
- Support in handlingclient queries appropriately and in a timely manner, besides handling basicqueries;
- Assist in preparing andmaintaining accurate and complete process documentation.
Requirements:
- Able to workindependently and drive initiatives individually whenever required;
- Effective Team Player;
- Attention for detail,extremely accurate and well organized;
- Basic knowledge of MSSuite, especially MS Excel;
- Good interpersonalskills;
- Flexibility,adaptability and coordination/ Collaboration.
