Our company is looking for a Assitant Manager Customer Service to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain updated records and documents related to customer service actions and discussions;
  • Dealing with customer queries on a day to day basis and sending out prompt responses;
  • Coming up with new ideas and solutions to existing problems so as to resolve them in the most efficient manner in minimum possible time;
  • Co-coordinating with the Merchants on a regular basis and obtaining timely information;
  • Good customer service background, highly empathetic with a passion to help people;
  • Monitoring the activities by users on Linkis.in and moderating the boards created by users;
  • Ensuring that the link structures are correctly updated and the payouts are rightly reflected;
  • Co-coordinating efficiently and effectively with the other departments in the Company regarding customer queries and payments;
  • Assisting the business development team and the technical team on the issues faced by the users and suggesting solutions for the issues;
  • Preparing reports and MIS on a monthly basis.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word;
  • Sincere, dedicated and ready to take up responsibilities;
  • We are looking out for someone who has relevant experience in this field and who can take up responsibilities and manage people;
  • Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi and good writing skills are a must.
