Assistant Manager Order Management Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Assistant Manager Order Management to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive planning and completion of task assigned within defined TAT and great quality;
- Sound knowledge of Manufacturing Processes (Procurement, Logistics, SCM etc.);
- Support the Project coordinator for operational excellence and exceeding important metric targets;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Lead the team and own Process and its important metric end to end with full accountability;
- Stay in sync with and maintain knowledge of applicable rules, legislation, regulations and standard methodologies;
- Dashboard preparation and reporting to Customers;
- Sales Order, Purchase Order creation in SAP;
- Close co-ordination with logistics/cross functional teams to resolve any issues;
- Capturing all exceptions;
- This role requires frequent interaction with client through telephonic and email communication;
- Follow up with Vendors for timely delivery of material;
- Responsible for developing/managing Process Flow, SOPs and documentation;
- Train and upgrade Junior resources.
