Responsibilities:

  • Proactive planning and completion of task assigned within defined TAT and great quality;
  • Sound knowledge of Manufacturing Processes (Procurement, Logistics, SCM etc.);
  • Support the Project coordinator for operational excellence and exceeding important metric targets;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Lead the team and own Process and its important metric end to end with full accountability;
  • Stay in sync with and maintain knowledge of applicable rules, legislation, regulations and standard methodologies;
  • Dashboard preparation and reporting to Customers;
  • Sales Order, Purchase Order creation in SAP;
  • Close co-ordination with logistics/cross functional teams to resolve any issues;
  • Capturing all exceptions;
  • This role requires frequent interaction with client through telephonic and email communication;
  • Follow up with Vendors for timely delivery of material;
  • Responsible for developing/managing Process Flow, SOPs and documentation;
  • Train and upgrade Junior resources.
