Senior Manager – Legal Compliance Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Manager – Legal Compliance to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Handling litigations/Court matters/ Recovery matters;
- Regulatory Licenses w.r.t. IT & ITES industry-Monitoring and Management (S&E, CLRA, PF, ESI Etc);
- Good knowledge on Local/Employment Laws/State Rules etc;
- Regular Monitoring and ensuring the fulfilment of the Statutory Compliances under the applicable Acts. (Annual/Half-yearly /Quarterly returns etc);
- Validating/Vetting Contracts, Leases, Real Estate Agreements/Amendments/Sows and negotiate on Legal clauses;
- Supervising/Managing Vendor Compliance activities(CLRA)/ Vendor Audits & Risk assessments;
- Work closely with External Counsels and Consultants on specific tasks;
- Doing internal investigations and ensuring proper documentation. Experienced with Handling Ombuds/Sexual Harassment cases;

Requirements:
- Stable tenure in previous employment;
- Relevant experience in managing Legal & Compliances in a corporate company/ies;
- Excellent Communication skills / Preparing reports/ presentations.
