Our company is looking for a Senior Manager – Legal Compliance to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling litigations/Court matters/ Recovery matters;
  • Regulatory Licenses w.r.t. IT & ITES industry-Monitoring and Management (S&E, CLRA, PF, ESI Etc);
  • Good knowledge on Local/Employment Laws/State Rules etc;
  • Regular Monitoring and ensuring the fulfilment of the Statutory Compliances under the applicable Acts. (Annual/Half-yearly /Quarterly returns etc);
  • Validating/Vetting Contracts, Leases, Real Estate Agreements/Amendments/Sows and negotiate on Legal clauses;
  • Supervising/Managing Vendor Compliance activities(CLRA)/ Vendor Audits & Risk assessments;
  • Work closely with External Counsels and Consultants on specific tasks;
  • Doing internal investigations and ensuring proper documentation. Experienced with Handling Ombuds/Sexual Harassment cases;

Requirements:

  • Stable tenure in previous employment;
  • Relevant experience in managing Legal & Compliances in a corporate company/ies;
  • Excellent Communication skills / Preparing reports/ presentations.
