Associate Contracts Counsel Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Associate Contracts Counsel to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- End to end responsibility of task given;
- Legal research;
- Coordination with external and internal teams for such purpose;
- Draft, review and negotiate NDAs, vendor agreement and other legal documents;
- Communicate with internal and external clients with regards to contract related issues;
- Assist Legal Department with various projects.
Requirements:
- Experience in consulting industry or professional services is strongly preferred;
- Experience in Corporate and Commercial Laws;
- Excellent academic qualifications;
- Minimum 1 year work experience with an MNC as in – house counsel;
- License to practice law;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Law Graduate (LLB).
