Our company is looking for a Service Engineer II to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing operational health of monitoring platforms, troubleshooting and ensure the coverage and completeness of network and host instrumentation;
  • Conducting and coordinating deployments and upgrades in conjunction with the customer change management policies and procedures;
  • Writing, updating and leveraging code that connects disparate monitoring systems, message buses and APIs;
  • Building and optimizing Azure-based services on top of Linux-based IaaS systems, and various SaaS/PaaS capabilities;
  • Strengthening and architecting security monitoring on prem and cloud assets, including onboarding IaaS, PaaS, and VM Scale Sets;
  • Engineering, implementing, improving, and operating health and welfare data collection, monitoring, and alerting systems;
  • Serving as a SME for security platforms by providing consultative assistance to analysts, engineers, developers and pen testers.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience working with customers on M365, application development and deployment;
  • Proven history of customer-obsession, including blog posts, how-to videos, etc;
  • GSuite;
  • Understanding of and ability to migrate from various third-party platforms to Microsoft 365;
  • AirWatch;
  • Experience analyzing, troubleshooting, and providing solutions for technical issues;
  • Lotus Notes.
