Our company is looking for a Director – Medical Coding to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Handling P & L management, service delivery, client relationship, and internal stakeholder management;
- Heading the offshore service delivery of Radiology, Interventional Radiology, General surgery, Anesthesia Coding, ED, etc;
- Responsible for managing multiple accounts with a strength of 1000+ employees;
- Provide directions and structure for operating units;
- Facilitating process re-engineering and improvements to enhance customer engagement;
- Looking after end to end management of program covering multiple work streams with a total span;
- Ensuring attrition control & job enrichment at process levels;
- Implement programs to ensure attainment of business plan for growth and profit;
- Generating new prospects for the organization to showcase capabilities;
- Provide mentoring and guidance to subordinates and other employees;
- Implement improved processes and management methods to generate higher ROI and workflow optimization.
Requirements:
- Industry-standard coding certification (CPC/CPC-H/CCS/CCS-P) from one of the accepted certifying bodies – AAPC or AHIMA;
- Graduate in Life Science/Medicine/Paramedical Sciences.
