Our company is looking for a *Chef de Partie* Pastry season 2020 to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Co-responsible for compliance with all HACCP requirements;
- Prepare a variety of cakes, cookies, pies, bread following the company recipes;
- Professional food handling including buffet and guest service;
- Active support with deliveries and loadings;
- Responsible for the entire pastry section;
- Implementation of our quality standards in the galley.
Requirements:
- EU passport;
- Flexibility, team work and expertise;
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a comparable position;
- Professional knowledge of the tools and functions in the galley;
- In-depth knowledge of the menu and all food items;
- Good communication skills in English and / or German;
- Completed apprenticeship or specialized training as Pastry.
