Our company is looking for a Billing & Account Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Routing issues to appropriate sales or technical resolver groups, where required;
  • Address billing, cancellations, invoice generation, chargeviabacks & account related queries;
  • Identify, participate implement process improvements;
  • Address basic queries related to Browserstack products KB articles or documentation;
  • Achieve all KPIs and metrics set on a quarterly basis;
  • Provide 24X7 enterprise support to international customers, mostly over email.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar work environment will be preferred;
  • Prior exposure to Billing & Payment / Service Desk environment would be a plus;
  • Ability to quickly build a rapport with customers & resolve issues;
  • Ability to coordinate between multiple teams to enable maximum first call resolutions;
  • Excellent command over written & spoken English;
  • Quick learning & focussed approach;
  • Willing to work in Rotational Shifts.
