Our company is looking for a Trainee Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Observing existing strategies and techniques and offering suggestions for improvement;
  • Observing health and safety guidelines at all times;
  • Attending meetings and workshops;
  • Completing all tasks set by the Supervisor and assisting wherever possible;
  • Compiling reports and delivering presentations to staff members and other stakeholders;
  • Conducting research and collating data;
  • Traveling to different sites and gaining practical experience in new work zones;
  • Submitting to all forms of evaluation during the trainee ship;
  • Design products using CAD, and consult with engineering and manufacturing teammates to ensure that designs are feasible;
  • Calculate cost estimates for final product designs, and release reports to supervisors, incorporating costs of labor, material, delivery and overhead;
  • Study plans for upcoming generation of engine models, and develop strategies for improving upon current models;
  • Consult with fabrication teams during product manufacturing, advising them on design specifications and providing physical assistance when required;
  • Develop and build prototypes and run tests to measure their level of function;
  • Record and evaluate testing data, altering designs as necessary to bring them to safety, performance and efficiency standards;
  • Submitting to all forms of evaluation during the traineeship.

Requirements:

  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure;
  • Good Communication Skills;
  • diploma;
  • Relevant degree in Engineering;
  • Good to have knowledge in Windows Application like Winforms or WPF;
  • Experience in a technical field would be advantageous;
  • Good observation skills and a willingness to learn;
  • Proficiency in Mathematics;
  • Agreeableness;
  • Good Knoweledge on C#.Net Technologies;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Excellent communication skill and dynamic personality;
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills;
  • Good knowledge on OOPS concept;
  • Strong in C# programming.
