Responsibilities:
- Work as a member of Technical Support Group to be the internal escalation point for resolving problems;
- To be available for any technical escalations during non-business hours and weekend;
- Should be available for any complex implementation projects if mandated;
- Should be a part of Presale activity as and when required;
- Any problem resolution should be closed with RCA report and Customer concurrence.
