Our company is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer at AugRay to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets;
- Create UI. Ability to visually think, articulate and create using various graphics tools;
- Exhibit passion for emerging technologies, new interaction models, product design, and excellence in visual design;
- Conduct UX research on various means, Create user personal;
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness);
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables);
- Creating and maintaining branding guidelines;
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps;
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders;
- Create customer product experience UI designs;
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback;
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers;
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how mobileapp functions and look like;
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images;
- Introduce cutting edge designs, animations, effects and tools for developing the product.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with mobile (iOS, android) and web standards and accessibility compliance;
- Exceptional visual design skills with sensitivity to intelligent system interactions;
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role Advanced experience with GUI Design, Mobile/Web Design, Axure, Sketch, Visual Design;
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Balsamiq, Sketch, Figma, etc);
- Animation, 3D visualization, and motion graphics prototyping skills;
- Portfolio of design projects (portfolio must be submitted);
- Should be up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies;
- Collaboration, Research skills, Self-Motivated Learner;
- Versed in Human-Centered design thinking approach, techniques and philosophy;
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX or similar technologies;
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop;
- Video editing and nuanced motion/animation skills;
- Good Communication Skills;
- Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision;
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
