Our company is looking for a Senior Associate Support Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Critical issue management experience with client/internally on the issues;
  • Effective interaction with business/clients on regular support updates/issues;
  • Handle the relationship with all partners, run infrastructure and software on a regular basis during upgrades and patches;
  • Experience troubleshooting web applications and good hold on SQL (SQL Server);
  • Communicate to leadership on issue/outages impacting business and operations,
  • Should work on automating the Software Release, Data Migration and Infrastructure provisioning;
  • Takes intensified calls , provide timely updates on SEV1/SEV2;
  • Co-ordinate & communicate with business, operations;
  • Experience, in supporting financial applications, credit/loan platforms;
  • Ability to balance clients expertly during all interfaces;
  • Off shore support with rolling shifts in EST;
  • Completely be responsible for the issue and resolve and bring it to completion for closure;
  • Balancing critical issue calls and maintaining SLAs, attending change advisory meetings, implementation meetings, transitions calls etc.

Requirements:

  • Shown ability to function in a proactive environment;
  • Good understanding of how web applications works;
  • Knowledge of automation/ DevOps and monitoring tools such as Jenkins, Puppet, APM, etc. would be a value;
  • Prefer knowledge of automation scripting;
  • Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive, and readily accepts change;
  • Good technical and analytical skills;
  • BE/ B tech. / MCA / MSc. / BSc;
  • Should excel in a fast-paced, agile environment where critical thinking and good issue solving skills are required for success;
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
