Salesforce Offshore Delivery Lead Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Salesforce Offshore Delivery Lead to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure team’s deliverables meet requirements and are delivered per plan;
- Contribute to the delivery process evolution for Business Systems, and remain open to adopt policy and process changes in a fast moving environment;
- Provide production support for Sales and CPQ systems’ issues;
- Escalate issues which cannot be resolved by the team;
- Facilitate problem solving and collaboration;
- Coach and help develop team members, assure that the team members have the necessary education and training to effectively participate on the team;
- Serve as the primary point of contact to onshore counterparts to communicate issues and status reporting of offshore team delivery activities.
Requirements:
- 3+ years delivery experience with Salesforce.com;
- 2+ years delivery experience with Salesforce CPQ;
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service attitude;
- Solid agile delivery experience;
- You have the desire to learn and apply new technologies;
- Ability to self-train quickly and pick up new skills as necessary.
