Our company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the Marketing / Sales database;
  • Manage all technical aspects of our sales / marketing infrastructure, which includes Salesforce , Marketing automation tools, etc;
  • Manage the entire gamut of data mapping in the customer journey (from web to lead to prospect to ongoing customer mapping);
  • Identify training needs for the team-members and prepare training plans;
  • Establish and maintain scalable CRM processes that ensure best practices in campaign Managment and lead management;
  • Maintain MIS trackers and reports for internal circulation;
  • Provide day to day production support of the CRM applications to all business users.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and a record of;
  • Experience to respond to production support requests and troubleshoot issues;
  • Requirements;
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator;
  • Proven experience with business process optimisation;
  • dashboards, assignment rules, email2case, and advanced formula fields;
  • Technical proficiency in custom objects, validation rules, workflow rules, process builder, reporting,
  • Experience with Visual Workflow, Salesforce Communities and Salesforce Lightning migration a plus;
  • Strong project management and documentation skills, with the ability to effortlessly multi-task while ensuring;
  • timely delivery of projects and, more importantly, valuable business results;
  • Certified SFDC App Builder or Administrator;
  • Strong accountability, teamwork, and initiative;
