Responsibilities:
- Building a quality culture;
- Responsible for design, build, test and deployment efforts for Dynamics CRM technology solutions;
- Execute assigned tasks within a structured project environment and lead consultants in various project work streams;
- Create relevant code artefacts based on the defined functional specifications;
- Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives;

Requirements:
- Familiar with relational database concepts and SQL;
- Product configuration , customization and integration experience;
- Ability to drive the testing processes starting from planning phase to test case execution and bug-fixing support;
- BE/B.Tech./MCA/MBA with a sound industry experience of 4 to 5 years;
- Experience as a QA/ tester/ analyst in software development for CRM solutions;
- Prior experience of managing a globally distributed team;
- Ability to write test plans, cases and other test documentation;
- Design and coding experience in skills viz. (Visual Studio, C# and IIS-Dynamics CRM);
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to work creatively in problem solving environment;
- Understanding of the CRM concepts – Sales, Service and Marketing;
- Excellent customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Experience with Agile methodology;
- Experience in agile delivery and deployment , continuous integration and build processes.
