Merchant Support Specialist Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Merchant Support Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Be part of a fun work environment where merchant support team members are excited to come in each day;
- Provide assistance to merchants on the issues they may have;
- Identify sources of issues and trends and report these clearly to the rest of the Paymentwall team;
- Have a deep knowledge in all aspects of the product: billing, risk mitigation, accounting, end-user experience.
Requirements:
- University bachelor’s degree or above required;
- Experience dealing with VIP business customers;
- Have either experience working at a call center specialized in B2B contact;
- Must be creative, opinionated, and ambitious, those looking only to do boring monotonous work need not apply;
- Ability to upsell and promote new Paymentwall products and updates;
- Clearly communicates and shares timely and appropriate information with cross-functional partners.
