front End UI Developer Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a front End UI Developer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Performance optimization of applications for maximum speed and scalability;
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and cross-platform compatibility;
- Learn to work with new tools and frameworks;
- Design and develop intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications;
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to gather requirements, conceptualize & build product features.
Requirements:
- B.E./ B.Tech/ M.C.A. (Tier I – IIT/BITS/NIT preferred);
- Working knowledge of version control systems like SVN/GIT;
- Exposure to Javascript MVC frameworks like AngularJS, Ember, Backbone, etc. is a big plus;
- Good understanding of front-end optimization techniques, cross-browser compatibility and responsive web design;
- Good knowledge and hands on experience in HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, Javascript, AJAX and jQuery;
- Hands on experience with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, Foundation;
- Experience in wireframing, UI/UX design is a plus;
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in development of mobile and web user interfaces.
