Our company is looking for a Engineering Manager Dynamics Connectors to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform code reviews and ensure coding standards and practices;
- Design and code ne w features and functionalities ;
- Implement a nd follow agile/scrum processes ;
- Exercises independent ju dgment and discretion in overall P roject by prioritiz ing, planning and tracking development progress;
- Supervise and lead engineers; develops engineering action plans to guide timely and cost-effective deve lopment of projects;
- Work with Customers, QA and other stakeholders to understand requirements and come up with best technical solution;
- Provide T raining s and ensure their Technical Competency with respect to the Project needs;
- S pearhead various Research and D evelopment initiatives to identify opportunities for new project s and improved processes .
Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of JavaScript and modern best practices . ;
- Minimum 3 years experience in to Leading and M anaging technical teams ;
- Proficiency with supplemental tech such as Git, Bash, JIRA, command line scripting ;
- Cloud computing environments e.g. S3, EC2 ;
- Minimum 8 years experience Building Desktop apps ;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or I nformation Technology .
