Our company is looking for a Eng. I, Infra Run to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical troubleshooting to supportteams on File transfer and job scheduling;
  • Provide client support for on call, after hoursand weekend support when required;
  • Respond to support team batch or transferfailures and comprehend complex problems to create permanent solutions;
  • Assists in the development and/or delivery of training to programmers and end-users as necessary;
  • Provide accurate documentation includingbusiness requirements, functional specifications, plans and status reports;
  • Assist in quality improvement initiatives;
  • Participate in troubleshooting efforts with theteam or as an individual;
  • Creates and maintains the physical database from a logical data mode. Also defines and maintains both data integrity controls and database security;
  • Work with Problem / Change Management softwarein Service Now;
  • Execute support requests and preparecommunications to support teams;
  • Runs all database utilities, such as re-orgs, re-indexes and statistics updates;
  • Restructures data for database changes. Works with developers to initialize fields;
  • Responsible for Business Recovery Readiness andreplication as required by the business;
  • Troubleshoots database problems and provides technical support for databases and operating systems in cooperation with other team members;
  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve criticalissues.

Requirements:

  • VMware workstation administrator;
  • SCCM Administrator – Operating System Deployment and troubleshooting client issues;
  • Strong Windows troubleshooting skills;
  • Interpersonal skills necessaryto effectively interact and communicate with a variety of individuals at alltechnical levels is required;
  • Can manage projects, establish priorities, meetdeadlines and retain detailed information in a fast-paced work environment;
  • Possess exceptional ability to diagnosing andsolve information system problems while maintaining professionalism andcourtesy;
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to effectivelyinteract and communicate with a variety of individuals in various roles;
  • Ability to identify monotonous process andautomate them;
  • The ability productively function in a teamoriented environment;
  • Manage others so that project objectives are metis a critical requirement.
