Responsibilities:
- Involve and influence project quality in every phase of SDLC: Write right requirements;
- Design Right Test Data Strategy;
- Provide performance and security testing;
- Increase Unit Testing implementation;
- Automate CI/CD process (inclusive of test automation).
Requirements:
- Ability to have a conversation with clients (key stakeholders or key technologists). Drive the discussion and arrive at conclusion;
- Well-versed with continuous integration process and continuous delivery;
- Good spoken and written communication skills;
- Cross-domain and functional experience is nice to have;
- Be aware of non-functional requirement and ability to translate them into business context and include in strategy;
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing automation frameworks based on the application technology stack and functionality;
- 12-18 years’ experience in Test Automation.
