Our company is looking for a Adv. Eng II, Infra Run to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensurethat the Operations portfolio remains current. Highlight areas requiring refresh albeit from a hardware or softwareperspective;
  • Deputizein the absence of the Team Leader/Manager as & when required;
  • Actas the lead coordinator/ implementer for operationsaspects of assigned project activity;
  • Participate in on-call rotation;
  • Collaboratewith other Technology teams to deliver world class services from Technology Infrastructurestandpoint;
  • Takeownership of critical issues i.e. major incidents, complex changes, DR/BR testsetc., and draft an action plan for successful resolution;
  • Utilizeenterprise tools such as Puppet & Ansible to manage, monitor and secureenterprise data center environments;
  • Provideand maintain internal project-related documentation to effectively record,track and review project progress;
  • Coach and mentor the Operations team such that itis ready to take on new services;
  • Activeparticipation in technical product evaluations;
  • Regularlyreview the team risk profile and advise proper measures to mitigate thoserisks;
  • Actas the escalation point in the team for technical issues of diverse nature andlead them to successful resolution;
  • Engagewith the Servers Engineering team and have detailed operationalizing plan fornew and ongoing projects;
  • ABachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems Or Computer Science Or anyequivalent dagree is preferred;
  • A Bachelor’s Degree/master’s degree in computer information systems or Computer Science is preferred.

  • Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment and handle a dynamic workload, with the ability to prioritize the tasks.
