Responsibilities:
- Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting;
- Regularly interacting with Account Manager in the US to understand the requirements;
- Ability to work as a good team player, Maintaining & building the candidate database;
- Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as headhunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals;
- Identify candidates with the right skills to match the US clients’ requirements;
- Should ensure to revert/submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition.
Requirements:
- Must have experience in working with third-party vendors to ensure sourcing resumes in quick turnaround time;
- Qualified candidate should have an understanding of US staffing hiring process (for Contract & full-time positions);
- Must have Sound knowledge on IT and Technical concepts;
- Must be willing to work in night shifts;
- 3+ years of experience in “US Recruitment” in either IT or Engineering field;
- Must have experience on hiring all levels of technical candidates;
- Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and the Internet-Based Recruiting Tools;
- Must have good rate/salary negotiation & closing skills.
