Responsibilities:

  • Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting;
  • Regularly interacting with Account Manager in the US to understand the requirements;
  • Ability to work as a good team player, Maintaining & building the candidate database;
  • Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as headhunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals;
  • Identify candidates with the right skills to match the US clients’ requirements;
  • Should ensure to revert/submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition.

Requirements:

  • Must have experience in working with third-party vendors to ensure sourcing resumes in quick turnaround time;
  • Qualified candidate should have an understanding of US staffing hiring process (for Contract & full-time positions);
  • Must have Sound knowledge on IT and Technical concepts;
  • Must be willing to work in night shifts;
  • 3+ years of experience in “US Recruitment” in either IT or Engineering field;
  • Must have experience on hiring all levels of technical candidates;
  • Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and the Internet-Based Recruiting Tools;
  • Must have good rate/salary negotiation & closing skills.
