Our company is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Should have worked with customer teams distributed around the globe (U.S, U.K , APAC);
- Experience on both TM and Fixed Cost mode;
- Worked closely with core development and business team during all phases of SDLC, Agile and DevOps environments;
- Helping team in System analysis, design development in Devops, Mainframes, Java RFT environments;
- Prepare project status reports;
- Prepare reports and present them to senior management as needed;
- Lead meetings and set expectations for project teams;
- Responsible for managing and handling the client interaction in terms of understanding the requirement and translating to the teams for deliverables;
- Prepare a detailed project plan to track progress;
- Getting output ready before the deadline;
- Work multiple projects at a time;
- Crafting realistic project plans;
- Liaison between the client and the team for the successful delivery of the project;
- Monitor project progress and also co-ordinate activities;
- Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles;
- Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams;
- Good practical experience with Microsoft Office;
- Knows all times, technical depth and client expectation including health of the project, critical path items, risks and impact to timelines;
- 2+ years’ experience of working on a Project Administrator position in the information technology sector;
- Complete educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers;
- 5+ years of highly technical project management experience;
- Strong analytical/organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability;
- Outstanding organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills;
- Hands-on OOPS, Data Structure and Test-Driven Development (TDD);
- Good communications skills, with customers, team, and sponsors;
- Customer-focused mindset;
- Experience with design and coding across one or more platforms and languages a plus;
- PMI Agile Certification a plus.
