Our company is looking for a SEO Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Build project plans and business cases for new SEO initiatives, working with our Content and Web teams;
  • Explore and implement all SEO initiatives to grow the online presence of SocialPilot (provided its White Hat );
  • Utilize basic programming and web design skills to enhance SEO;
  • Generate creative link building ideas to promote SocialPilot’s content and move the needle through off-page SEO;
  • Coordinate and communicate with Content, Demand Generation and (in the future ) Product teams to drive SEO forward;
  • Create reports that track the effectiveness of SEO campaigns and how they connect to B2B business goals;
  • Performing SEO analyses on client websites;
  • Responsible for maintaining the website in top positions for all relevant search terms;
  • Generating and sending monthly reporting to clients;
  • Analyze and associate the analytics data;
  • Creating on-site and off-site optimization recommendations for client websites;
  • Improve the website visibilty and foot-fall;
  • Work with development team to insure client sites are optimized;
  • Co-ordinate with paid ads team for first-hand data on the performance;
  • Performing keyword research.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints;
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments;
  • Working experience with overseas client;
  • Capable of working on dynamic websites;
  • Exceptional oral, written, presentation, and communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills and an eagerness to work as a member of a team;
  • 1-2 years of core SEO (off-page) experience;
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Webmaster Tools, keyword tools, tracking tools, and ranking tracking;
  • 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced software (preferably product) company;
  • Is self-motivated and has a growth mindset to stay abreast of the updates of search engine algorithms and measure their impact;
  • Proven SEM experience managing Link building campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing;
  • A solid understanding of HTML, Google Analytics and Webmaster tools;
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM;
  • Experience in Photoshop,Dreamweaver & Illustrator;
  • Hands on experience using online PR tools like – HARO, PRweb, myblogu;
  • Extraordinary analytical skills.
