Our company is looking for a Senior Manager – Order Management to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Establish the short term to long term priorities of the supply chain matrices;
- Leading various supply chain process like order management/ inventory management/ supply planning/ logistics planning etc;
- Collaborate and work globally with other Genpact business leaders and functional leaders to build and commercialize existing and new product offerings;
- Manage the delivery of outsourced services to ensure customer satisfaction and increased revenue through client up-sell;
- Governance around Monthly / Quarterly reviews with senior leadership;
- Design thinking to transform client process .Leverage lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement;
- Interact with customer to understand their supply chain structure and derive the growth by improving the process.
Requirements:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
- Prior project management experience.
