Our company is looking for a Senior Associate, SRH to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Other responsibilities as needed;
- Organization of CHAI and Govt meetings at state, district and block level, on weekly/fortnightly basis;
- Keep abreast of the latest data/developments/schemes, necessary for program implementation;
- Expand State/District level government interaction network and reporting in consultation with the Manager;
- Ensure regular, final and timely submission of reports on all the field activities;
- Attend monthly and quarterly review meetings;
- Aid in roll out and monitoring of field based interventions. Travel to field operations – 60% of the time, based on program needs.
Requirements:
- Strong command of Hindi and English required, regional Indian languages is an advantage;
- Prior experience working with health programs;
- Ability to manage multi -sectoral small teams;
- Attend monthly and quarterly review meetings;
- Aid in roll out and monitoring of field based interventions. Travel to field operations – 60% of the time, based on program needs;

- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in cross functional teams;

- At least 9 years of relevant professional experience in demanding, results -oriented environments in the public sector and/or private sector;
- Ability to work independently on complex projects and proactively manage projects with minimal supervision;
- Other responsibilities as needed;
- Demonstrated ability to advocate and drive change in large programme settings.
