Our company is looking for a Project Lead to join our team.

Make sure team follows defined coding standards and suggest improvement in coding standards;
Work directly with clients to understand and find creative solutions to the problem statement;
Report and escalate to management as needed, manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders;
Use appropriate tools or develop techniques to identify and act on possible risks proactively;
Producing detailed specifications, Preparing / verifying Technical Design, UAT documents;
Provide planning, Designing and Implementation services to Cisco’s Advanced Services Customers;
Presenting ideas for system improvements and quality improvements;
Mentor, coach and guide other consultants and engineers on the project to enable them for delivery;
Create and Maintain high CSAT;
Reviewing and Analyse current systems;
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
Guiding and getting work done fromteam mates on time and deliver quality products;
Work in shifts whenever required which is dependent on customer territory;
Excellent requirement understanding and design as well as coding skills asper coding standards and best practices;
Participates in or leads complex network migrations projects from Cisco to Cisco or any competitive platforms to Cisco.

Experience in AngularJS or Node.js or ReactJS or Polymer or Google App engine is preferable;
B.Tech/BE degree in IT/Computer Science;
Business process understanding;
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills;
Strong knowledge and expertise of below Cisco’s products and technologies is required;
Should be aware about methods of integrating third party applications with NetSuite;
Should be aware about Suite Script;
Solid technical background with understanding of SDLC, Mobile and Web technologies;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Hands-on experience on mobile technologies is an added advantage;
Must have experience working on Advance java;
Certifications Preferred – CCIE (Preferred), CCIP, CCNA, CCNP (Plus);
Requires BS/BE/B.Tech degree or equivalent plus 8+ years of related experience in IT industry;
Hands-on experience with project management tools like JIRA, Basecamp, Trello, etc;
Demonstrates the ability to brainstorm and come out with new and innovative ideas and ways of doing things.
